Do-1-Thing is on a mission to eliminate those days where you go to bed, lay down and think “I did absolutely nothing today,” – in a bad way. We call them “Zero-Days” and we know how empty they can make you feel. Do-1-Thing is the remedy to Zero-Days because you will have access to a:

Personal Interest Profile:
• Create a custom interest profile with things that make life meaningful to you. 
• Whether it’s eating healthier, taking up a new hobby, meeting new people, etc., we have an interest and 1-things for you to do.
Interactive Home Page:
• Each day your Do-1-Thing home page will update with a new 1-thing we have selected for you to complete. 
• You can choose to do-it or skip/swap/choose a new one using in-app items or simply choose to have a Zero-Day, the choice is always yours. 
Proof Upload:
• When you complete your activity for the day, upload proof through your photo library and share it with your friends! 
• Adding proof of your achievement helps keep us all honest and motivated to continue enriching our lives. 
Calendar Journal:
• Reflect and rate your experience completing your 1-thing.
• Every reflection will be saved to that day on the calendar like a journal entry. Go back to review any entry any time you want!
Community:
• Search for and invite your friends and family to Do-1-Thing. 
• The larger your community, the more support you can receive to complete your 1-thing
